For customers who need to modify their order:
Please select the items you wish to change from the application details. (For changes to member information, please modify them on "My Page").
- If you need to change the order plan, please contact customer service.
- The deadline for online change requests is 12:00 PM, 4 days before departure. For requests after this time, please contact customer service during business hours to confirm if changes can be made.
- Depending on the items to be modified, it may not be possible to accommodate your requested changes. Thank you for your understanding.

※Since the pick-up and return locations are linked, even if only the return location is changed, you will need to first select the pick-up location.
