• If you cancel the order before 12:00 PM, four days prior to your departure, no cancellation fee will apply. If paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through your credit card company. Refunds typically take 4-7 business days, and you can verify the refund in your credit card statement.

※ If the refund date coincides with the billing date of the current month, it may be postponed to the next month's billing date. For refund dates and details, please confirm with your card issuer.
