Service Explanation
Rental Period
- The pickup date is the date the product is delivered and the rental period starts.
- The product will be delivered to the address specified on your reservation.
- The return date is based on the return date chosen during your online reservation.
- For courier returns, please use the return slip and packaging bag included, and return via Black Cat (7-11). The return date is considered the date the device is shipped.
- If returning the device through a different method than originally reserved, the return date will be considered the day the WiFi device is received at the company's office or the airport counter.
Fees
- Rental fees apply for the entire rental period, regardless of whether the device is used.
- Shipping fees vary depending on the pickup and return methods chosen, and will be displayed during the reservation process.
- Cancellations made at least four days before the pickup date are free. Cancellations within three days of the pickup date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Extension Period
- If the rental period is exceeded without returning the device, the rental will be automatically extended and calculated in 1-day increments without prior notification.
- Extension fees will be charged via email notification
Device Loss or Damage
- In the event of device loss or damage, charges will be applied according to the compensation fee schedule on the website. Please refer to the compensation fees listed under the pickup and return sections.
- If you have purchased the "Safety Insurance Plan," you will only need to pay 20% of the compensation fee for any loss or damage during the rental period.
For Travelers Abroad
- Customers outside Taiwan can also make reservations online.
- For courier delivery, the device can be shipped to your hotel in Taiwan (delivery is only available on the main island, not on outlying islands).
